Lutyens' Delhi has been looted. Catch the Chor.

One player is the Chor, on the run with the loot somewhere between Rohini, Gurugram and Noida. Everyone else is the Police: take tirris and the metro, corner the Chor and bring the loot back within 15 rounds. Works with 2 players up; the host picks how many police officers are on the map.

Bring Lutyens' loot back before round 15

1. 1The Chor has looted Lutyens' Delhi and moves first each round, in secret. Police only see which ride the Chor took: tirri, metro or ferry. An announcer calls it out, Delhi Metro style.
2. 2The Chor is seen on the map every 3 rounds (after rounds 3, 6, 9 and 12; the host can make it every 2, 4 or 5, and can seal the metro and ghats for the round after each sighting, which forces a tirri ride with no disguise). Dark rings mark everywhere the Chor could be right now; the button hides them, and the host can switch them off for the whole game before it starts.
3. 3Then each police officer moves once. Tap a ringed place to move there. Police have 14 tirri and 6 metro tickets (18 and 8 with 2 officers, 16 and 6 for a lone officer, or unlimited if the host chooses). The metro jumps far, so spend it wisely. Only the Chor can take the ferry, and only to the next ghat along the river. A lone officer gets 2 rides a round.
4. 4Police win by landing on the Chor's place or trapping the Chor. The Chor wins by staying free with the loot for 15 rounds.
5. 5The Chor has a few ferry rides and disguises (a disguised ride shows as "?", so police can't tell which kind it was). Bigger police teams mean more of both: 3 ferries and 2 disguises against 3 officers, up to 5 and 3 against 5.
6. Discuss (police): the speech-bubble button opens a room only the police see. It lists every place the Chor could be; tap one to point at it on everyone's map, and write #12 in a message to link place 12.
7. Notes (police): tap any place to mark it Maybe here or ✗ Not here. Or turn on the pencil button and just tap places. Your whole police team sees the same notes.
8. 👥Officers: in the room, each police player moves one officer. The host can add officers (up to 5) and choose who moves each one, or give them to the computer.
